These terms apply to orders placed on workwearmartaustralia.com. The website is operated by RMN Traders Pty Ltd (ABN 39 614 460 212), trading as Workwear Mart ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Prices and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars and are shown excluding GST; GST is added at checkout. Deal and bundle prices include the logo printing described on the product page. Payment is taken when you place your order. We may correct obvious pricing errors, and we will contact you before going ahead if this affects your order.

2. Your artwork
You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, any logo, name or artwork you send us, and that decorating it on garments won't infringe anyone else's rights. We may decline artwork we believe is offensive or infringes someone else's rights, and refund any payment for that order.

3. Proofs
For decorated orders we send an artwork proof. Production starts only after you approve it. Please check spelling, names, numbers, logo size, position and colours carefully, because we produce exactly what you approve.

4. Production and delivery
Production usually takes 2 to 4 weeks after you approve your proof. Tracked delivery within Australia then takes 3 to 7 working days to metro areas and 5 to 10 working days to regional areas; delivery times to New Zealand vary. These times are estimates; see our Shipping policy. Garment colours can vary slightly between screens, supplier batches and fabric types.

5. Stock
If a garment becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a refund for that item.

6. Returns and refunds
Our Refund policy explains when we reprint, replace or refund. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in these terms limits those rights.

7. Privacy
We handle your personal information as set out in our Privacy policy.

8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
