Where we deliver
We ship from Melbourne, Victoria, to anywhere in Australia and to New Zealand. We don't currently deliver to other countries.

Delivery cost
Delivery is a flat $24.90 per order, both within Australia and to New Zealand. The delivery cost for your order is shown at checkout before you pay. New Zealand orders may attract import duties or GST in New Zealand, which are payable by the receiver.

How long it takes
1. Artwork proof: usually within 1 to 3 business days of your order. Nothing is decorated until you approve it.
2. Production: usually 2 to 4 weeks after you approve your proof.
3. Delivery after dispatch (tracked):
   - Metro areas: 3 to 7 working days
   - Regional areas: 5 to 10 working days
   - New Zealand: times vary. Ask us for an estimate before you order.
   Remote areas can take longer. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and aren't guaranteed.

Working to a deadline?
Tell us the date before you order and we'll confirm what's possible.

Lost or damaged parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, tell us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll sort it out with the carrier. See our Refund policy.
